Rezoning has been approved with a 5-2 vote in Western Cary! The Amberly Villageshopping center will be a 21 acre property development of up to 110,000 sqft of commercial use. Two council members, Jennifer Robinson and Ken George voted against rezoning. The Sembler Company, which is a company from Florida is planning to do a non traditional pedestrian friendly shopping center centered by PUBLIX. Western Cary is growing!
